You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party website you scrape and with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Pricing and plan features may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law, to scrape data in violation of a website's terms, or to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The platform and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you import and the content you generate with it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability
